Join our new learning community of systems change leaders like you!

CLIC is a new online learning and support community designed to strengthen our collective impact through networking, facilitated learning and support, and sharing of real-world experiences. Together, we'll share our best learning about leading complex change, gain new tools and knowledge to support more effective work, and build mutual support as we lead the challenging work of changing complex, entrenched systems.

To ensure shared understanding, participation in CLIC is currently limited to change leaders who have completed CoCreative's Collaborative Innovation Essentials course.

Your CLIC registration includes:

Four months of 2-hour Zoom sessions with the CoCreative team and a diverse group of change leaders
Access to the latest tools and templates from CoCreative's file stashes, plus tools and ideas shared by other CLIC participants
Ongoing access to the CLIC Loomio group, with networking, discussions, support, tools and other resources to support you in your work

Zoom session schedule:

February 19, 5:30-7:30pm PST | March 19, 5:30-7:30pm PST

April 16, 5:30-7:30pm PST | May 21, 5:30-7:30pm PST

The CLIC opportunity will support you to:

Build a network of peers who share your interest in leading effective systems change through multi-stakeholder collaboration
Gain, test, and learn to use new methods and tools with a community of caring peers
Find opportunities for collaboration and deeper learning from others work on similar issues
Build capacity to take on more work by identifying other individuals with the skill sets needed to support your work
Increase your capacity to successfully manage more complex problems with diverse groups
Discovery new learning opportunities from others who share your concerns and interests

Join other change leaders working on challenges in social justice, shared prosperity and sustainability during our monthly Zoom calls. In each two hour session, we’ll deepen our professional relationships with one another, discuss a topic or case study, and you’ll have the opportunity to give and receive feedback, test ideas, and request support in break out groups. Developing and strengthening a network of dynamic leaders from across sectors to support your work is just one of the many benefits of participation in our ongoing learning community.

Our feature-rich online discussion platform, Loomio, will help you engage with other change leaders at your own pace and according to your own schedule. This supports thoughtful and engaging exchange between monthly sessions and allows us all to benefit from the collective knowledge and experience of the community regardless of location and time zone.

While we’ll offer biannual 4-month long semesters, once you’ve attended one semester you’ll continue to have access to the all the resource and online discussions. Can’t join us this Spring? Stay tuned for future CLIC cohorts.

Recommended Prerequisites: Completion of CoCreative's Collaborative Innovation Essentials course.

Registration cost: $95/semester

Program length: 4 months (though the CLIC Loomio group is ongoing)
