Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes changes in circumstances or availability mean you might no longer be able to attend a training session you've registered for.
We're ready to work with you to resolve any conflicts, including transferring your registration to another team member. If that's not possible, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all training course registrations.
Cancellations received more than 30 days before a workshop will receive a full refund, less any transaction fees
Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 10 days before a workshop will receive a 60% refund, less any transaction fees.
Cancellations received less than 10 days before a workshop will not be refunded.
