Cultivating Self-Awareness for Collective Well-Being

Featured Guest: Kerstin Tebbe, founder of Collective Mind

February 6, 2024
8:00 - 9:30 am Pacific US
:00 am - 12:30 pm Eastern US

How we show up in a collective – with the attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors we bring – has real impacts on that collective and collaboration within it. Our attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors reflect how we understand and operate in the world, whether we are conscious of it or not. Without a solid understanding of how we operate in the world, how that manifests in different situations and why, we can inadvertently limit or even harm the collectives we join. Alternatively, when we show up thoughtfully, intentionally, and self-aware, we can help foster positive, healthy dynamics.
During this webinar, we’ll consider this connection between our self-awareness and how we show up in collectives. We’ll focus on introspection for self-knowledge as a key pathway for interacting in healthy, effective ways in the groups and collectives we participate in. We’ll reflect on relevant personal experiences and think about how we can build our introspection muscles to increase self-awareness and interact more effectively in collectives.

By the end of the webinar participants will:

  • Better understand the connection between their self-awareness and the well-being of collectives in which they engage

  • Have ideas, methods, and resources to use for deepening their self-awareness

**There is no fee to participate in this special event. We invite you to make a donation to benefit the work of CARE Ruskina no-kill animal shelter for neglected, unwanted cats and dogs with a mission to reduce the number of homeless and abandoned animals through adoption, sterilization and education.
